Gearing up for a big announcement, Irina Shayk and a few fellow swimsuit models arrived for the taping of the "Late Show with David Letterman" in NYC on Monday (February 14).

Wearing a sexy red dress on the Valentine's Day holiday, the Russian beauty posed for a few photos as she readied to be announced as the 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl.

While the naming of the cover beauty is set to officially take place during the "Late Show," reports tell that the much-awaited front page was seen with Irina adorning it in Times Square.

Of the Swimsuit issue announcement, S.I.'s editor, Diane Smith, told press, "This is the most exciting and surprising group of models we've had in the last several years."

Brad Pitt’s Fan-Friendly Rehearsal Session

Situated on the west coast for work duties, Brad Pitt kindly greeted a handful of fans as he stepped in and out of rehearsals for a smoke break in Los Angeles on Monday (February 14).

The "Megamind" hunk appeared happily doted kisses and hugs on the elated females on-hand, after which he listened to his MP3 player while checking out his nearby motorcycle.

Aside from his filming duties, Brad's partner Angelina Jolie's rep has recently shot down rumors of another adoption - deeming the talk as untrue.

The spokesperson told: "There is no truth to these rumors. Angelina is focused on enhancing the welfare and legal protection of children within Haiti. As such, she has been meeting with government of Haiti officials, Haitian legal experts and non-governmental organizations regarding a new initiative of the Jolie-Pitt Foundation. The recently launched Jolie Legal Fellows Program will assist the justice system in Haiti to improve child protection."

Britney Spears " Hold It Against Me" Teases Keep Coming

Offering up more glimpses at her much-anticipated music video, Britney Spears has dropped "Hold It Against Me" teasers number ten and eleven.

The 10th segment is a quick five seconds while the 11th is the longest thus far, showing off dancers falling onstage with a countdown while clocking in at twelve seconds.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, the full Britney video is set to drop on MTV on February 17th at 9:56PM ET.

Aside from her musical endeavors, Miss Spears revealed via Twitter that she's up for trying her luck on the big screen in the near future.

Of the interest, Britney tweeted in response to a fan's question: "I love to act and would love to be in a Todd Philips or Judd Apatow movie."

Showing her sisterly support, Jessica Simpson is sticking by younger sis Ashlee during her separation and divorce from Pete Wentz.

An insider revealed to In Touch that the "Pieces of Me" singer has been staying with Jessica and her fiance, Eric Johnson throughout the difficult time.

"Leaving Pete was tough for Ashlee and she needed to be with her family," the source said. "Jessica told her she and Bronx were welcome to stay with them until she was ready to find a place of her own."

"There have been a lot of family dinners and lots of praying," the source further explained. "Ashlee couldn't have asked for better support."

It certainly is one of the most anticipated films, and the first official photo of Andrew Garfield's complete Spider-Man costume has been released.

Along with the photo, the title of the upcoming film was announced as well and it will be called "The Amazing Spider-Man."

Filming is currently underway and co-stars some of our favorite celebrities like Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Martin Sheen and Sally Field.

It's based on the Marvel comic book by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko and will hit theaters on July 3, 2012.

Overseas for a fashionable evening, Blake Lively turned up for the 2011 Elle Style Awards in London, England on Monday (February 14).

Brightening up the Grand Connaught Rooms, the "Gossip Girl" actress donned a colorful blue frock as she readied for the brand's annual awards ceremony to get underway.

Aside from hitting the Elle Style Awards, it was recently revealed that Blake has had a style of shoe named after her by famous designer Christian Louboutin.

Reports tell that the 'Blake' footwear is a "high-heeled sandal features seven straps in a rainbow of different colors, each fastened with a button. The heel and sides are black patent, while the sole, of course, is pillar-box red."

Of meeting Louboutin while filming her CW show in Paris, Lively told, "I went to [Louboutin's] atelier and I was walking around, like every shoe here is so beautiful and I saw this one pair and I said 'I've never seen anything like it.'"

He had a killer performance with Usher and Jaden Smith at last night's Grammy Awards, but Justin Bieber ended up losing the Best New Artist Grammy to Esperanza Spalding.

And the "One Less Lonely Girl" singer wasn't afraid to express his disappointment over the loss.

He told MTV, "I had no clue what was going to happen; I worked really hard these past few years and you know, I'm not going to lie — I was disappointed." Bieber told MTV News

Keeping his chin up, Justin added, "But, you know, I'm gonna come back [next year] and we'll take a few home."

Of his performance, Bieber shared, "I got a standing O, which was amazing. Usher and Jayden did incredible, and I'm really excited. Tonight was an amazing night."

After skipping out on the red carpet, Beyonce Knowles was spotted inside the Staples Center venue in Los Angeles, CA on Sunday (February 13).

The "If I Were A Boy" singer looked glamorous in black as she greeted fellow Grammy Awards attendees including Gwyneth Paltrow, Usher and Janelle Monae.

Taking care of some media duties, Hayden Panettiere was spotted stopping by the PIX11 Morning New Studios in New York City this morning (February 14).

The "I Love You Beth Cooper" babe was more than happy to sign autographs and pose for pictures as she made her exit.

Hayden was in the house to promote her new Lifetime movie "Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy."

And though the family of Amanda Knox has expressed disapproval over the film, Miss Panettiere says they'll change their tune once they watch it.

"It's very fact driven and Lifetime is great with doing things like that and fact checking. I don't think there is anything in there that would sway an opinion or have any impact negatively or positively on her appeal."

"I think if the family saw it, they would probably be much more relaxed then they are about it now. Maybe the parents would. I don't know if she would or not. I don't know if that would be a good idea to have to relive the whole experience of it - that is up to her."
