With her dad dominating morning headlines with his new GQ magazine interview, Miley Cyrus was spotted enjoying a bite to eat with her mother, Tish, in Burbank, California on Tuesday (February 15).

The "Last Song" actress displayed a range of emotions from being quite serious to bursting out in laughter as she and her mom chowed down at Bea Bea's during the midday brunch date.

As for papa Billy Ray's interview with GQ, the country crooner claimed that "Hannah Montana" destroyed his family while then saying he should have been a stricter parent in reference to Miley's many headline-making scandal stories.

Also blaming his daughter's handlers for going too far in promoting her, Billy Ray said: "Every time the train went off the track ... her people, or as they say in today's news, her handlers, every time they'd put [the blame on] me ... I took it because I'm her daddy ... OK, nail me to the cross."

He added: "I'm scared for her. She's got a lot of people around her that's putting her in a great deal of danger. I want to get her sheltered from the storm."

She's one of the most popular young actresses on the planet, and now Emma Watson has another accomplishment to add to her growing credits.

The Hermione Granger cutie has been tapped by cosmetics giant Lancome to take on the role as the brand's new face.

With details of compensation claiming ti be in the six figure bracket, Watson will soon partake in a shoot with acclaimed photographer Mario Testino for television and print advertisements.

Of the Lancome job, Emma said in a statement, "It's so exciting, I can't wait to start shooting. Although I don't wear much makeup, I'm a big fan of Lancome products, especially their mascara."

Taking the stage for yet another spectacular performance, Rihanna rocked the house at the BRIT Awards in London, England on Tuesday evening (February 15).

The Barbadian beauty looked fantastic as she took the stage and belted out her hit songs including "Only Girl In The World," "What's My Name" and her new steamy single "S&M."

Sending the audience into an uproar, RiRi burst onstage from behind a curtain in a sexy red dress, but soon stripped down to a barely-there black ensemble for the BRIT performance.

Frankie Muniz Accused of Punching Girlfriend

Coming in as quite the shocking report, Frankie Muniz is alleged to have recently gotten into an intense fight with his girlfriend over the weekend.

According to TMZ, the "Malcolm in the Middle" star and Elycia Turnbow were arguing about "prior relationships" when Muniz suddenly put a loaded gun to his head and later punched her.

Turnbow told police that Muniz "grabbed a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of committing suicide," the report said. His girlfriend then had a member of Muniz's rock band take him to the hospital.

But that's not all. Later, when the 25-year-old returned from the hospital, the couple began arguing once again. But this time Frankie "punched her in the back of the head, and threw her into a wall while in the downstairs bathroom."

Muniz denies holding the gun to his head and claims the firearm "wasn't even loaded." He also said the he didn't lay a hand on her, but he did have to defend himself when Elycia began to attack him. Muniz said "I love her too much. She is the woman I want to marry."

The police, who later found a loaded gun in the home, warned the couple they both could face jail time if another violent incident occurs.

Gearing up for a big night, Avril Lavigne was spotted arriving on the red carpet of the annual BRIT Awards in London, England on Tuesday (February 15).

The "What the Hell" songstress looked punky cute in a black dress and heels while she excitedly posed for pictures in the media area of the O2 Arena - at one point flipping the bird at photogs.

Chatting with press ahead of the UK red carpet celebration, Lavigne admitted that she was feeling a bit nervous about falling on stage.

Avril told, "I am presenting an award and I am wearing a dress and heels. I will be trying not to fall! I really would like to wear these boots with my dress."

Looks like she opted out of wearing the boots!

Stepping out for a special night, Sean Penn was spotted at the 61st Berlin International Film Festival in Berlin, Germany on Monday (February 14).

The "Milk" actor was dressed to the nines, but seemed a bit out of it as he smoked a cigarette and answered questions from the media.

Mr Penn was awarded with the Cinema for Peace Honorary Award for his humanitarian efforts in Haiti after the earthquake which ravaged the area in 2010.

According to Examiner, the evening's event was called The Cinema for Peace Gala 2011 and benefitted a new initiative which was announced last night; Project Earth. The Project Earth initiative will be supporting student scientists who have shown concern for animals, human beings and the environment.
