Charlie Sheen’s Ex Goes After the Kids

Grabbing the spotlight away from Charlie Sheen momentarily, Brooke Mueller is making headlines today (March 1) after attempting to garner custody of her and Charlie's kids.

According to TMZ, the "Two and a Half Men" actor's estranged wife paid a visit to the Beverly Hills police station to ask for help in getting the kids, but was told that Sheen doesn't reside in Beverly Hills, therefore, she was at the wrong police station.

Word on the street is that the couple's twins are living with Charlie full-time because he's been worried about the sobriety of their mother.

Apparently, Brooke was supposed to see her boys, Bob and Max, for two hours today.

Channing Tatum’s Ticket Troubles

Even celebrities can't escape the law, and Channing Tatum was pulled over and ticketed earlier today (March 1) in Los Angeles, CA.

Reportedly, the "Dear John" actor was busted for not wearing a seatbelt and talking on his cell phone while driving, which is a no-no in the state of California.

In other news, Mr Tatum is said to be gearing up to undergo hip surgery after suffering from an injury while training for his role as a Roman soldier for his latest flick "The Eagle."

"'The Eagle'" was definitely the most dangerous film I've ever done," Channing said. "We were on horseback on unsteady ground on cliffs, places where horses should never have been. I came back broken — physically, mentally and spiritually."

She's most known for her roles on the big screen, but Ashley Judd will now be recognized as a television star once again.

It is being reported by the Hollywood Reporter that the "Tooth Fairy" actress has closed a deal to star in the new ABC series, "Missing."

The show centers around a worried mom Rebecca (Judd) who travels to Europe to find her son, who has disappeared in Italy while on a summer internship. It soon becomes clear that this isn't any ordinary woman, but a former CIA agent who will stop at nothing to bring her son home alive.

Judd once starred in the 1990s TV series, "Sisters" and her next film "Dolphin Tale" will hit theaters this year on September 23rd.

It's been rumored for quite some time, and now it's official – Bristol Palin is writing a memoir.

According to the New York Times, the daughter to Sarah Palin is going to give readers "an inside look at her life, her world and the things that matter most, including her family and the faith that keeps her centered."

In addition, the book, which is set for a summer release, will reveal the "grueling practices and the criticisms she endured" during her stint on "Dancing With the Stars."

Katie Couric Says "Make That Call"

Looking to increase colon cancer awareness, Katie Couric attended the "Make That Call" For Colon Cancer Screening campaign launch in New York City on Tuesday (March 1).

The CBS News anchor looked professional per usual as she took the stage to say a few words on behalf of the new campaign.

Katie, who lost her husband to colon cancer in 1998, is encouraging New Yorkers ages 50 and older to call their doctors and make an appointment for an annual screening.

"With appropriate screening, colon cancer is often preventable and, when detected early, highly curable. We want New Yorkers to 'Make That Call', if not for themselves, then for the people who love them," Couric said at the launch today.

Lady Gaga’s Paris Fashion Week Plans

She's done it before and she's doing it again – Lady Gaga is set to debut another brand new song during the Thierry Mugler fashion show during the annual Paris Fashion Week.

Coming up tomorrow (March 2), the "Teeth" songstress will serve as the musical director for Mugler's runway show.

The fashion show will be streamed live at 3pm ET and, word has it, the tune Gaga will be premiering is "Judas" - which is the second single off her "Born This Way" album.

Of the new track, co-producer Fernando Garibay told MTV News, " 'Judas' is produced by RedOne and Gaga, obviously, and it's a statement about, again I can't speak for her, but what I gather is it's about sometimes not choosing the right choice," he said. "But you can't deny that the choice is not a part of you and who you are."

Taking full advantage of the fact that she isn't the one in hot water, Pink tweeted about Christina Aguilera's recent intoxication arrest.

The "Raise Your Glass" singer wrote, "Out of Myself, Britney, and Christina- didn't everyone think I was gonna be the troublemaker? LOOK MA!!! No CUFFS!!"

As previously reported, Aguilera and boyfriend, Matt Rutler, were arrested in Los Angeles early this morning (March 1).

According to police, Christina was "extremely intoxicated" and "not capable of taking care of herself" while Matt was charged with driving under the influence.

It's one of the most anticipated movies of the year, and "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2" has announced the premiere date.

According to Warner Bros, the film will make its UK premiere on July 7th, 2011 at London's Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square.

And it sounds like the Mayor of London Boris Johnson is pumped about the momentous upcoming occasion.

He stated, "For the last decade we've been gripped by the on-screen battle between Harry Potter and his arch enemy Lord Voldemort and this is one of the most eagerly awaited films in history. As befits a great British triumph, I can think of no better venue than the iconic surroundings of Trafalgar Square in which to stage the most spectacular of send offs for this dramatic finale."

Warner Bros Honcho Josh Berger added, "We are delighted that our plans for the finale of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will take place in such a spectacular venue. The highest compliment I could ever receive about my kids—and I can say that this does happen frequently—is when the in-flight crew say to me, 'Your children are wonderful. They are so well-behaved.' Every time I am told that, I could weep."

On what she thinks her life will be like in five years…
"I don't want to know. As long as my kids are OK, I think it is really good for me not to have the answers."
