| Amanda Seyfried Premieres "Red Riding Hood" Posted: 07 Mar 2011 08:20 PM PST  With her new movie set to hit theaters in just a few short days, Amanda Seyfried was busy premiering "Red Riding Hood" in Hollywood, California on Monday evening (March 7). The 25-year-old actress confidently strutted her stuff on the red carpet at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre venue while hoping for big box office numbers when the fantasy/horror flick sees release on Friday, March 11th. Joining Miss Seyfried at the glitzy west coast premiere were co-stars Shiloh Fernandez and Virigina Madsen, "Twilight" actress Nikki Reed and director Catherine Hardwicke -who had nothing but praise for her leading lady. Talking to SheKnows about working with Amanda, Catherine dished, "She's charming, she's sexy. What can't she do [laughs]? For me, I felt like we had a pretty aggressive schedule. She's in almost every scene. I'd say, 'Amanda, we have two minutes.' She was always ready. She focuses in that exact moment. She's right there. You feel what she's feeling. You feel for her. She's got 'it.' She allows herself to be a child and to play. She's a professional. Thinking of Julie and her, they both never complain no matter how drastic the situation is. She's not a diva in any way, shape or form. I hope she can keep that beautiful side." As for the movie, "Red Riding Hood" is "set in a medieval village that is haunted by a werewolf, during which a young girl falls for an orphaned woodcutter, much to her family's displeasure."

Held at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Fun Fearless Male of the Year honoree Russell Brand brought his undeniable energy to the Big Apple soiree while joining up in the arrivals area with Cosmopolitan Editor-in-Chief Kate White. Also in attendance at the annual tribute to the fellas of Tinseltown were the latest batch of Fun Fearless Males special mentions including "Vampire Diaries" star Ian Somerhalder, "Gossip Girl" actor Penn Badgley and "Thor" heartthrob Chris Hemsworth. | Charlie Sheen: Life After "Two and a Half Men" Posted: 07 Mar 2011 05:29 PM PST  Fresh off of being fired from his hit comedy, Charlie Sheen stepped out with 'goddess' Natalie Kenly in Beverly Hills, California on Monday afternoon (March 7). Seemingly not having a care in the world, the 45-year-old actor puffed a cigarette and wrapped his arm around his lady while visiting a local office building for a business meeting. As for being let go from "Two and a Half Men", a letter from a Warner Bros. legal staffer told Sheen's attorney that his client should "focus your energies on what no one so far has been able to do: get your client the sustained, rigorous and effective treatment he so urgently needs. It is clear that [Sheen] has no intention of agreeing to the intensive evaluation and treatment that his condition require. It is also clear he does not believe he has a problem and that he will continue to conduct himself in a destructive manner." In response to the dismissal notice, Charlie's legal eagle, Marty Singer, told THR, "We will sue. It's a matter of when. It could be this week, it could be in a little while. We're in no rush. But we will sue." Singer continued, "Their position is absolutely ridiculous. Warner Bros. had no objection to my client pleading guilty to a felony while they were actively negotiating his new deal—they did his deal before his plea bargain!" "From January 2010, even after my client was arrested and then charged with a felony and misdemeanor charges, Warner Bros. did not suspend my client. Instead it wanted my client to agree to commit to do additional seasons of [Men]. Warner Bros. confirmed that it would continue to employ Mr. Sheen even if he pleaded guilty to a felony as long as he did not serve jail time that would interfere with the production schedule." Sheen's lawyer finished by stating, "This is nothing but Warner Bros. acting on behalf of Chuck Lorre."

The upcoming miniseries boasts the beautiful Katie Holmes as Jacqueline Kennedy and Greg Kinnear as former President John F. Kennedy. The show will premiere on ReelzChannel, as it was dropped from the History Channel shortly after its completion. A rep from the History Channel told press, "While the film is produced and acted with the highest quality, after viewing the final product in its totality, we have concluded this dramatic interpretation is not a fit for the History brand. | Charlie Sheen Officially Fired from "Two and a Half Men" Posted: 07 Mar 2011 02:20 PM PST  Deciding to sever ties altogether, Charlie Sheen has officially been axed from the CBS comedy "Two and a Half Men". Producer of the show, Warner Bros. TV, released a statement on Monday (March 7) reading: "After careful consideration, Warner Bros. Television has terminated Charlie Sheen's services on Two and a Half Men effective immediately." Meanwhile, it's still up in the air as to whether or not a replacement will be sought to continue the long-running series. On another note, Sheen is dealing with more drama with ex wife Brooke Mueller - as the latest reports tell that the former couple are yet to reach a custody agreement because she reportedly doesn't want their sons, Max and Bob, around his girlfriends, Natalie Kenly and porn star Rachel Oberlin. Custody of the twin boys became an issue last week after Brooke filed a temporary restraining order against him.

A lawsuit against the rapper in which another artist accused him of stealing the lyrics for the hit "Stronger" was dismissed last week. Kayne was also slapped with a lawsuit by Marion "Suge" Knight stemming from a shooting at a Miami Beach nightclub in 2005. That particular legal filing was thrown out by a Miami judge last year and the two artists have since reportedly settled out of court.

According to breaking reports, the "Godfather" star allegedly failed to pay taxes in 2008 and 2009. Official documents show that the IRS Sent the 70-year-old actor a bill for a grand total of $188,283.50. Pacino's spokesman said the actor has new financial managers and is working to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
