Howard Stern Sues Sirius

He typically makes the news because of his big mouth, but today (March 22) Howard Stern is making headlines thanks to a lawsuit with Sirius Satellite Radio.

The Hollywood Reporter tells that the comedian's company, One Twelve, Inc., and his agent Don Buchwarld are pressing charges against Sirius XM for stiffing Stern on promised stock.

According to the plaintiff, "In 2004, when Sirius desperately needed Stern to make its business viable, it induced him to move to Sirius by offering him a chance to share in the success of the company. Now that Stern has put the company on the map, brought in millions of subscribers, and helped it conquer its chief rival, Sirius has unilaterally decided that Stern has been paid enough. The amounts owed to One Twelve and Buchwald represent a fraction of the revenue that Stern enabled Sirius to achieve, yet Sirius refuses to honor its commitments to him and Buchwald."

Stern is going after Sirius for breach of contract, money owed to him plus the interest accrued.

"Hop" Has a Hot New Trailer: Watch Now!

Universal Pictures has just released a new trailer for "Hop," the Illumination Entertainment movie that opens next month.

The PG rated family flick features animated characters played by Russell Brand , James Mardsen and Kaley Cuoco, among others.

The film, which is a followup to Illumination's "Despicable Me," depicts what happens when the Easter Bunny is accidentally hit by a car with the fate of Easter being left up to the offending driver.

You can experience all of candy, chicks and rock 'n roll of "Hop" when it bounces into theaters nationwide on April 1st.


Uma Thurman: All About Robert Pattinson

As one of the hottest actors out there, Robert Pattinson gets to work with some of Hollywood's most talented women.

The "Twilight" star recently starred alongside the the iconic Uma Thurman, as the two paired up for the upcoming drama called "Bel Ami."

When MTV News caught up with the "Kill Bill" babe, she raved about working with Pattinson. Uma told, "Robert Pattinson is, I think, going to be a really serious actor. I think he's incredibly concrete in his presence on the set and obviously is very handsome. [He] is a very nice person and he's sensitive. He's present. ... He's a really good actor."

Of Rob's charming good looks, Miss Thurman continued, "Yes, he's extremely dashing, like an old-world movie star. [But] he's got a lot of weight to him. I don't think he was knocked down by all the women they threw at him [during the filming of 'Bel Ami'], which I think is probably lucky for him."

Miss Minaj explained, "I'm gonna hold off on the Rihanna video and the Rihanna single for a little bit longer."

"We both kind of dropped at the same time. So she has a lot of [songs] in rotation and I want to let her stuff have a moment and do its thing, dominate radio. [Instead], I wanted to come out with something more fun."

Instead, she's going to release "Super Bass." "I'm taking it back to a few things that I've done, it's a lot more fun. It will be my most fun video and my most carefree video, lots of eye candy and lots of beefcakes."

A source close to Kate dished of the blonde's celebratory Friday night out: "It was supposed to be Kate's 36th birthday celebration, but it was all about meeting men."

The Gosselin insider continued to tell, "She was all dolled up in a black cocktail dress, brought a camera crew and was chatting up a lot of guys. It wasn't clear if they were actors or not."

After their guest stormed out of ABC Studios earlier this morning (March 22), "Good Morning America" has released a statement explaining the much talked about incident involving Chris Brown.

The "Kiss Kiss" singer showed his temper after anchor Robin Roberts questioned him about the domestic violence situation with then-girlfriend Rihanna, which sent him into a rage shortly after the interview.

In response to Chris storming out after the interview, ripping his shirt off and breaking a window, ABC New released a statement reading: "As always, we ask questions that are relevant and newsworthy, and that's what we did in this interview with Mr. Brown."

Looking to be in a good mood while spotted later the same day, Chris tweeted, "I'm so over people bringing this past s**t up!!! Yet we praise Charlie Sheen and other celebs for there bulls**t."

Ke$ha Announces Postponement of Japan Tour

Ke$ha stated, "My heart is with Japan right now through this disaster and these hardships. I genuinely don't think right now would be appropriate timing for me to perform in Japan given the content and the spirit of my show, which is all about feeling exuberant, rowdy, and wild."

Charlie Sheen’s Surprise Visit to “Jimmy Kimmel Live”

Making the most of his newfound free time, Charlie Sheen was spotted at the "Jimmy Kimmel Live" show in Los Angeles last night (March 21).

The "Hot Shots" actor was joined by HDNet billionaire Mark Cuban as he made his exit from the studios, sporting a black jacket, navy blue t-shirt, and dark trousers.

During his surprise appearance on the show, Charlie and Mark did a little routine, leading to rumors that Sheen is planning a reality show with the cable network owner.

Kimmel initially asked Cuban, "Speaking of business ideas, I know -- I heard anyway, I DON'T know -- that you've been talking to Charlie Sheen. What kind of a venture are you discussing with Charlie Sheen?"

Mark replied, "A lot of different things. Charlie's a smart guy. He doesn't get near the credit he deserves for being a smart guy."

At that point, Charlie appeared from backstage, kissed Kimmel on the mouth, threw out a bunch of his new t-shirts and then left.

Michael Lohan: Arrested for Domestic Violence… Again

He's no stranger to the justice system, and last night (March 21) Michael Lohan was arrested on three felony domestic violence charges.

The 50-year-old ex-con was hauled in for allegedly inflicting corporal injury on a cohabitant, false imprisonment, and preventing a report of victimization.

Lt. Ratto of the LAPD told press, "Mr. Lohan was arrested after we received a call around 9 p.m. regarding a domestic dispute. He was detained after he was spotted walking on the street near our station. He showed no signs of intoxication that I'm aware of and has been cooperative."

Papa Lohan complained of a medical condition while at the police station and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Hospital. He's being held on $200,000 bail.
